Summary

Pathways is an internal portal site in use by John Deere as an information hub for its dealerships. The abundance of information has resulted in dealers having difficulties finding relevant information. My task was to explore the possibility of builing in a recommender system to address this problem. Through observations, interviews and a heuristic evaluation, I made recommendations for immediate actions and design considerations for implementing a recommender system.
